City Apparel values your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges are allowed only if the product you received is returned in the same condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.

The exchange will be processed only when the exact product we sent is returned.

If a different product, altered product, or damaged product is returned, we will not be able to provide an exchange.
